Protect Refugee Lives During COVID-19

South Sudanese Refugees in Uganda are facing immediate threats to their survival.

COVID-19 has broken out on the nearby border of South Sudan.

Refugees are in need of basic medical equipment and pregnant women are in need of emergency birth supplies.

Of the 17,000 refugees in the Mungula and Oula settlements, there is one health center and 43 hand washing stations.

There are extreme food shortages in refugee cams as food supply chains have been disrupted during the pandemic.

We are raising emergency funds in an effort to support refugees with the following supplies:

  • Emergency food

  • Hand washing stations

  • Birth supplies for pregnant women

  • Land for growing food crops
